She has been a massage therapist since 2019 and specializes in Swedish and Deep tissue massage, incorporating lymphatic drainage, crainosacral, and trigger point modalities. Payton prides herself on holding a healing space. Her goal is for each client to leave feeling lighter in both body and mind.

Dr. Brown was born in southern California and raised in the Pacific Northwest. He considers Bellingham his hometown, after completing most of his schooling locally and ultimately graduating from Western Washington University with a degree in Kinesiology in 2011. When he discovered Sports Chiropractic, a career that combined both his history as an athlete with his passion for helping others on their health and wellness journeys, it quickly became something he dreamed of pursuing.

Dr. Brown has had first hand experience as a patient receiving high-level care in sports medicine, after a successful career in pole-vaulting at WWU and four additional years training at a professional level in Seattle. He has melded his experience gained while training as a professional athlete and his time spent working with Boeing’s Industrial Athlete Fitness programs with his Kinesiology degree, and enjoys being able to provide the thorough, wholistic care that most athletes require and will benefit from.

In his free time Dr. Brown loves spending time with his wife, Ashli, and their two children: Alden and Adalee. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring forests, hiking, camping, and playing any and all racket sports.
